Introduction

The concept for this came from a talk I had online with a fellow Rifts gamer who also gamed the BattleTech system. He was trying to give his Rifts character a particular BattleTech BattleMech he liked, but there was no conversion table between the two. He had created a conversion table between the Damage Point system BattleTech uses and the Mega-Damage Capacity system Palladium uses. It is this conversion table that is responsible for the stats of the various Mechs listed elsewhere.

In a stroke that can be called either pure genius, pure insanity, and/or pure stupidity, but definitely masochistic, I set about creating a MechWarrior OCC. This volume is the end result of that. This sourcebook uses the Rifts system, but is compatible with the entire Palladium MegaVerse™.
