History: Anelle is the only child of Emperor Dorrek VII and Queen R'Kill of the Skrull Empire, although it is known that R'Kill has another daughter from before her marriage to Dorrek. Anelle grew up in the Imperial Palace unaware of her older sister, Veranke, who was exiled before Anelle was born.
Raised in a culture of court intrigue, Anelle hid herself in plain sight by playing the part of the flighty princess once she hit her teens. This flighty persona has led to R'Kill often remarking that she feels Anelle is "worthless", comparing Anelle to Dorrek.
Anelle was the one who greeted the Fantastic Four on their first visit to Skrullos in their capacity as Earth's unofficial ambassadors to the wider galaxy. She surprised the Four by calmly and quietly giving them tips on how to approach her parents, then adopting her flighty persona in her parents' presence.
Later, Anelle was the first Skrull diplomat to openly visit Earth, talking at the United Nations about the current state of the Kree-Skrull conflicts before meeting with the major world leaders in their capitals. It was later revealed that Anelle's diplomatic mission to Earth was not authorized by her parents but was instead Anelle's own initiative, making R'Kill curious about Anelle's motives.
Age: 24 (Earth equivalent).
Height: Variable; (default) 5' 4".
Weight: 115 lbs.
Eyes: Green; as a Skrull, can change at whim.
Hair: Black; as a Skrull, can change at whim.

Strength Level: Anelle possesses strength equal to that of a normal Human of her age, height, and build who engages in moderate regular exercise.
Known Superhuman Powers: Anelle possesses the normal Skrull shapeshifting ability.
Other Abilities: Anelle is a skilled diplomat. She is fluent in the Kree and Shi'ar languages, as well as Interlang, the official diplomatic language of the Charter Confederation. She has also taken it upon herself to learn English, which the greater galaxy considers the "official" language of Earth.
Weapons and Paraphernalia: Anelle carries a small holdout rainbow laser pistol and an electrified baton of Skrull manufacture for self-defense. Her usual clothing, of Skrull manufacture, is composed of dynamic molecules, enabling it to change with her when she shapeshifts. When speaking at the UN, she used a universal translator of Skrull manufacture to enable herself to be understood.

Anelle is normally a gentle soul, but possesses a hidden inner strength she is only just now starting to discover. She is increasingly unnerved by her father's growing paranoia and her mother's ruthlessness. She is quietly observant of all going on around her, although she usually plays the part of the flighty princess in public, allowing nearly everyone to underestimate her.

Notes:
[1] Cost is calculated for a TL8 setting, which is 8× the base cost; cost in a TL11 cosmic campaign is $100.
1. Current plans are for Anelle to join Mar-Vell's crew in Year Two. At this point, she will lose her Independent Income, Political Rank, Status, and Wealth advantages, obtaining Courtesy Political Rank 10 and Courtesy Status 6 in their place.
2. Anelle's Starting Wealth is calculated for a TL8 campaign, as would be encountered on Earth. In a more cosmic campaign, the native TL would be TL 11; as such, she would lose her racial High TL trait, lowering her point value by 15 points, and her Starting Spending Money will increase from $40 million to $150 million.
