The ghoul is someone who has been mutated by exposure to radiation and then the Forced-Evolutionary Virus (FEV). Not long after contracting the virus, their hair and skin fall off, and their muscles take on a greenish tint. Because of the radiation and virus which have mutated them, they are incapable of reproduction. On the other hand, they are extremely long-lived; the oldest known ghoul, going by the name of Harold, was born before everyone was forced into the Vaults during WWIII, making him over 100 years old!

Mr. Handy

A pre-War relic, Mr. Handy is a robot with six arms that floats along on a cushion of air, powered by a nuclear reactor. The robot is capable of speaking and understanding English (or any language programmed in), but has a tendency to take comments literally. Most are programmed for maintenance work; however, they can be programmed to perform anything from Housekeeping to Surgery.

Super-Mutant

Super-mutants are folks who have not been affected by radiation before being exposed to FEV. They put on a lot of mass, adding up to almost 400 lbs of pure muscle to their frames. Most lose their sexual identity; and all are sterile. A side effect of unmutated FEV is a decrease in mental faculties and increased aggression.
