Pokemon Hunter O.C.C.
One of my original O.C.C.s, inspired by the show Pokemon.
With the recent infestation of Pokemon on Rifts Earth, a few brave men and women have stepped up to the plate to end this scourge. Having spent months, sometimes even years, battling the Pokemon menace on Rifts Earth, and sometimes even other worlds, the Hunter is armed with the knowledge on the intricate details of Pokemon, as well as the weaponry to counteract Pokemon powers.
Alignments: Any.
Attribute Requirements: P.S. 12, P.P. 12, I.Q. 10
O.C.C. Abilities:
- Lore: Pokemon. This skill enables the Hunter to recognize Pokemon on sight, as well as the ability to recall any aspect of a Pokemon. Base Skill: 25% + 5% per level of experience. The Pokemon Hunter gets a bonus of +20% to this skill.
- +3 on initiative when fighting Pokemon
- Critical strike on a natural 17 or above when fighting Pokemon, does triple damage.

O.C.C. Related Skills: The Pokemon Hunter can select 5 additional skills from the following list at first level, plus 2 additional skills and one W.P. at levels 3 and 5, and one additional skill at levels 7, 10, and 13.

Secondary Skills: In addition to the above skills, the Pokemon Hunter can select 4 skills from the above list, without bonuses, plus one additional skill at levels 4, 8, and 12.
Standard Equipment: Two suits of personalized mega-damage body armor, one light, one heavy. A set of dress clothing, and a set of camouflage or black clothing. Also a gas mask and air filter, tinted goggles or sunglasses, hatchet, 2D6 knives, an energy handgun and rifle with six additional ammo-clips for each, three additional modern weapons of choice, four ancient weapons of choice, 2D4 grenades, robot medical kit and IRMSS, tent, knapsack, pack pack, saddlebags, two canteens, five week supply of rations.
The Hunter's vehicle can be anything, but leans towards military vehicles and power armor.
Cybernetics and Bionics: The Pokemon Hunter starts with 2D4 cybernetics of choice, and one bionic (optional) system limb, with one bionic weapon system of choice.
Money: Most of the Pokemon Hunter's money will go back into weapons, cybernetics/bionics, supplies, and/or pleasure as fast as he can make it. Starts with 1D6x100 in credit, and has black market items worth amother 1D6 x 1000 credits.
Pokemon Hunters gain experience on the Headhunter experience table.
The Pokemon Hunter O.C.C. is meant to be a parody character class, and does not reflect the the creator's true feelings towards the little electric mouse and its kin.
No Pokemon were injured in the making of this character class. However, the creator takes no responsibility for any Pokemon injured in the process of anyone nuts enough to play this character.
